Introduction
The heart of the Rotary Means Business Fellowship is the local RMB chapter. Rotary Means Business began as one local chapter, then a few local chapters, and finally expanded into a worldwide phenomenon and a Rotary International Fellowship. Rotary Means Business encourages Rotarians to support the success of their fellow Rotarians by doing business with them, and by referring others to them. and by referring others to them.
Eligibility
- The program is open to Rotary members and clubs worldwide.
- Participants must be in good standing with their Rotary club and district.
- Travelers and hosts must comply withRotary Freindship Exchange policies and local laws.
Code of Conduct
- Act with integrity and respect towards fellow Rotarians, hosts, and visitors.
- Adhere to Rotary’s core values, including fellowship, service, diversity, and leadership.
- Respect the cultural norms and traditions of the hosting region.
- Avoid any behavior that could harm the reputation ofRotary Freindship Exchange.
Travel and Hosting Responsibilities
- Participants are responsible for their travel expenses, insurance, and necessary travel documents (e.g., visas, passports).
- Hosts agree to provide accommodations, guidance, and local cultural experiences but are not responsible for travelers' expenses.
- Rotary and its clubs do not assume liability for any personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during the exchange.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information shared through the program will be used solely for exchange coordination.
- Participants must not misuse or share other members' personal details without consent.
Liability Disclaimer
The Rotary Friendship Exchange program is facilitated by Rotary clubs and districts.Rotary Freindship Exchange and participating clubs are not liable for any accidents, illnesses, or disruptions that may occur during travel or hosting.
Participants agree to take full responsibility for their own safety, travel arrangements, and interactions.
Modifications and Termination
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation in the program implies acceptance of any modifications.
Any participant who violates these terms may be removed from the program at the discretion ofRotary Freindship Exchange or the hosting club.
